Three payment methods: offline transfer, Alipay, account balance
I. Choosethe payment method
1. Choosethe payment method “offline transfer”, online orders willgenerate an order number (such as: BD116889163018),during remittance, please fill in the “remittance purpose area “ or in any of “remarks” filed to notify usyour order number, so that we can verify your order and ensure that your order can be shipped in time;
2. After the order is submitted, please remit the payment in time and make sure that the remittance amount is the same as the total amount of the order; if the amount is not the same, the order will not be arranged;
3. After completing the remittance, please send a screenshot of the remittance receipt (or electronic receipt) to the corresponding sales personfrom our company;
4. Within 24 hours after receiving the payment, we will confirm the receipt and shipment, if you do not fill in the order numberduring remittance, additional1-5 dayswill require, affecting the processing of the order, if the payment remittance within 5 working days of your order is stillshowing “pending for approval” status, please call our customer service 400-164-7117 in time.
II. Alipay payment
Choosethe payment method “Alipay”, generate the payment QR code, and directly use Alipay to pay by scanning. After completing the payment, please send the screenshot of the payment slip to the corresponding sales personfromour company, so that we can verify your orderand ensure that your order can be shipped in time.
III. Account Balance
Choose the payment method “Account Balance”. Users can choose prepaid account payment, please contact the corresponding sales person for details, after the opening of the prepaid account, online orders can be purchased with “account balance” in the virtual amountfordirect payment, without the need touseonline banking or running to the bank to transfer money, but also can enjoy the product benefitsin advance, can check the remaining balance andthe spendingdetailsin real time. If the user needs to refund the prepaid amount, he/she only needs to contact the corresponding salesperson for a refund service.
