I. Acceptance

V. Payment Payment

Due to the particularity of chemicals, the ordered products are subject to our quotation when you place the order. After the order is confirmed, regardless of whether the quotation on our website changes, the original quotation remains valid.

VI. Taxes and other charges

We issue VAT general invoices and special VAT invoices for its chemical products by default. Any excise taxes, tariffs, inspection or testing fees or other additional taxes imposed by the government on the transaction between the customer and us shall be paid by the customer in addition to the quotation or invoice issued.

VII. Customer's Representations and Warranties

We do not provide users with any products and services for human experiments, non-scientific animal experiments, or other personal use.

VIII. Returns and Exchanges

Unless we approve and strictly follow our return process, goods cannot be returned for credit reduction/refund.

IX. Intellectual property rights

1.The patents and trademarks contained in our products belong to the seller. The products are only for the buyer to use and sell. The buyer shall not implement or use the patents and trademarks contained in the products without the seller's permission. If any other third party directly manufactures or uses the patented methods and trademarks contained in the products for production and operation purposes without our permission, we can demand compensation from the infringer and pursue legal liability in accordance with the law.

2.Except for information that can be obtained from public channels, if one party provides the other party with technical data, information, proprietary technology, design plans, price terms, etc. that involve commercial secrets, the other party shall take confidentiality measures and keep them strictly confidential.

3. The contents signed by the buyer and seller are commercial secrets, which shall not be disclosed to the public without the consent of the other party, except in accordance with the provisions of the law.

X. Others

Our failure to strictly enforce any provision of these Terms or to enforce any rights hereunder will not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision or rights. All rights and remedies in these Terms are cumulative and in addition to any rights and remedies we may have at law or in equity. Any waiver of any breach by the Customer shall be in writing and shall not be a waiver of any other breach or subsequent breach of the same provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The headings of each paragraph are used for convenience only and shall not constitute a valid part of or affect the interpretation of these Terms.

The Agreement shall be binding upon and enforceable by the parties and their respective heirs, representatives, successors and assigns. Any dispute regarding the legality, interpretation, application or enforcement of the Terms and Conditions and any provision hereof, and any conflicts of law principles thereof, shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
